hi, im a new driver, im 19 years old and i passed my driving test last month. i want to know if its possible to ger daily car insurance on my brothers car, it has a 2 litre engine and its a bmw sports. everytime i try to insure myself it says i have to be at least 24, is that correct?

Nowadays Insurance companies will put age restrictions on certain cars due to inexperienced people having accidents.
Your brother’s car is classed as expensive and therefore they have put an age restriction on it. What you have to do is see if your brother is able to put you on his insurance as a temporary second driver which he should be able to do for 1, 7, 14 and 28 days.
Again, it depends on the insurance company.

Just have your bro put you on as a secondary driver & pay him the difference. Much easier that way.
