how do i print out a new temporary tag for my car from my insurance company online? I was told i could do this?

this is very vital that i get it asap

You were told wrong. Insurance companies do insurance cards, not temporary tags. You get a temporary from the dealer you bought the car from. There is no other source. If you bought from an individual, you can’t get one.
